Channel selector switch for old pitbull combo

I had a very old pitbull combo (with the 5 band graphic) come into the shop for repair. The channel selector dpdt on the board is broken. Do you still carry this part or do you have a mouser part number?

I don’t have access to the BOM for that amp; do you have a serial and model number? This will help someone track it down.

Would help to get a schematic to, as the switch may not be all that is wrong with it. Customer was vague with details but the switch is an obvious, but maybe not the only, issue.
