How can I send my product to Fryette for a repair (RMA Request)?

You are welcome to ship your item for servicing upon receipt of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To obtain an RMA, please provide the following (to support@fryette.com),

  • Full name
  • Return shipping address
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Unit Serial Number
  • Forum post URL (if it exists)

We’ll issue you a RMA and return shipping instructions.
