I recently purchased a PS-100 from zZounds. After about an hour of playtime in Operate mode, I had a volume loss followed by a pop. Now I get no sound in Operate mode but everything is fine in Bypass. The internal fuse is blown. I have noticed several other posts here of people experiencing similar issues. What are the steps necessary to have y’all at Fryette send me some new tubes and fuses? I purchased the unit 12/20/2024. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, you are right. All you need to do is follow these instructions: How can I make a replacement part request? this is all done via email because it needs to be processed by someone at the factory.
