Hi I have had my PS-100 for a little less than a year. No more than 20hrs of use. There was a popping noise and I saw that the internal fuse blew. I changed the fuse and saw that only one tube lights up. Are the tubes under warranty?

Sorry to hear you ran into this issue. Did you buy from a dealer or directly? You might want to poke the dealer. I know Fryette has a 90 day warranty on tubes, they need to draw a line somewhere. But they do a lot to catch bad tubes before shipping and also have a burn in rack, but sometimes tubes can still develop problems after these processes.

Hi I bought it for Guitar Center. I can try reaching out. I ended up ordering a new set of tubes. If the new tubes break then I guess I need to send the unit in to get looked at.
