Hi, I submitted an RMA request on Thursday, Nov 14. I got an email saying that it would be addressed here. I don’t see anywhere where it says “RMA Requests” so I just wanted to ask what to do next. The amp was damaged in shipping to a buyer and they have refused to have it repaired and got a refund from Reverb. I want the buyer to ship the amp directly to y’all so it can be fixed and then sent back to me (the seller).
