I’m original owner of a VHT 2/50/2 amp. One of the impedance selector switch is broken. I see you sell them in the accessory store. The big question is about the fan. It has always been noisy. For recording it needs to be in another room, away from the speakers. It`s a NMB model 3115PS-23T-B30 fan. I guess you use a different fan in your newer 2/50/2’s. So, can I also buy a new fan who will fit into the old one? Thanks, Joern

Your original fan is the same one we still use.
23T indicates a 230V fan. Our current production fan is a 12T, which is simply the 120V version. Now the units are wired so that any voltage unit (100/120/230) uses the same fan.
Sometimes they get noisier with age, but not so much. At least, we are rarely asked about it.
So, we can supply the stock fan and send you a wiring diagram to make the conversion for the voltage. This conversion will not affect the performance of the amplifier.
