Got to about 1:00 mark:
Toward the end crazy noises and it kicks signal on and off…
I submitted my RMA and warranty request email, but curious if anyone has seen this.

If you have already requested a service then just keep on waiting for a reply, the shop will get around to it 
The low volume could just mean tubes need to be changed?
As soon as you touched the Speaker Out cable you go a tone of noise and also I could hear a relay clicking. This is most likely the Power Station’ power amp going into standby, it does this when it detects the speaker has been unplugged. Either the speaker, cable or output jack is faulty in this case.
If you have spare tubes then pop them in, How do I change the tubes and fuses in the Power Station
But otherwise I would just wait for the return to be processed.
