PS-100 internal fuse blew twice

I’m assuming my PS-100 needs servicing. Here’s the situation: while playing (helix to line input, speaker out to 4 ohm cab, no use of effects loop) it was sounding great then went silent. External fuse fine, internal fuse blown. Replaced internal fuse (used correct fuse) and got sound back but quite diminished. Low level not very loud at full volume, high level even softer. Tubes all glowing appropriately inside. The after 10 minutes went dead again, looked inside internal fuse blown again.

This unit has about 15 hours of play time on it, not used very much. Bought it new less than 2 years ago. When it functioned I was impressed with the tone I was able to get using helix to PS-100 to a cab with FRFR line 6 speakers.

Would love to have it be reliable.

Firstly, sorry you have run into this with just a few hours of playing time.

I think you have done a lot of the debugging work already; here are the steps for debug the no-sound condition: Power Station: Troubleshooting Guide. I think you have done most of them?

Here some repair options, I think you are probably at the point now,
