The sound get quiter and then gert louder when I rotate the volume pot from 0 to 10

Hello,
Using the fryette ps-100 for serval months. Everything works fine. But today I suddenly notice the volume pot works strangely. I use an amp into PS-100 then into a 212 cab.
The volume turn to minimal and the sound is louder than the volume turn to middle, and the sound get even louder when the volume is turned to full, which mean the sound get quiter and then gert louder when I rotate the volume pot from 0 to 10.
This phenomen happen on both channel in my PS-100. For example, in Hi mode, the sound is the quietest when vol is turned to 6. While in LO mode, the sound is the quietest when vol is turned to about 2. This phenomen doesn’t happen before.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Do you have anything in the loop? If so, disconnect that and let us know what happens.

Thanks,

Dave

No, I don’'t use the effect loop.
But I do use the line-out. I plug a TS cable in the line-out and link to my audio interface.

Just a quick update:
I unplug the TS cable in the line-out
The volume works normally.

But why? I don’t understand.
