No sound out of PS-2 unless I lift up the back end

Hello,
I have a sound city Master lead 100. I set it up like example 1 in the owners manual. No mixer, no pedals. The power station is on at the amp a power station, not in standby. Volume and volume is up at 10 o’clock on the power station and sound city. set at 8 Ohms. No sound come out unless I lift the back end up of the power station. then sound comes out intermittently . Cabling was confirmed by my drummer. However, he is a drummer after all… Can I send this in for repair? It has never worked out of the box.

Is this a new PS-2 that you purchased yourself? You said this has never worked out of the box. If that is that case it sounds like this should be under warranty. In any case, see how for how to arrange that How can I request Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a product repair or return?
