PS100 Worked Great For 10 Minutes, Got Hot and Stopped Working

Apologies I can’t figure out how to send a service request. Here is my situation:

I need support help with a brand new PS-100. Used line in from a blackbird preamp to an 16 ohm cabinet last night at a gig. 45 minutes into the set it stopped working. No sound. Tubes still “working” ie red. Did not notice any symptoms of blowing a circuit but unit was very hot. Well ventilated. Fuse is not blown.
This morning I tried a Marshall head and no sound unless I put the unit in bypass mode.
Purchased through electric mojo in Canada.
What are my next steps?
